By purchasing any of my items you have made it fully aware you read all of the item descriptions. It is highly recommended to read my FAQs…most of your questions will be answered there.

You can cancel an order for a full refund within 3 business days post-purchase.

Returns are accepted only if the item is returned in the exact condition it was sent to you in!

Once the item(s) you have ordered are in your possession you have the right to do as you please with it (ex. resell it, take it apart, tweak the item to have it fit the dog better, etc.)

Gifted Paws Gear reserves the right to decline your order if I believe it is necessary
